§ 50. Violations. The Department shall have the authority to deny, suspend, or revoke the registration of a day and temporary labor service agency if warranted by public health and safety concerns or violations of this Act. The Attorney General, pursuant to its authority under Section 6.3 of the Attorney General Act, may request that a circuit court suspend or revoke the registration of a day and temporary labor service agency when warranted by public health concern or violations of this Act. The Attorney General shall provide notice to the Director prior to requesting the suspension or revocation of the registration of a day and temporary labor service agency.
