§ 24. Authority to administer oaths. Officers and employees of the Secretary of State designated by him or her are, for the purpose of administering the Motor Vehicle Review Board and any laws relating to the use and operation of motor vehicles, authorized to administer oaths and acknowledge signatures, and shall do so without fee.
