Illinois Statutes Chapter 815. Business Transactions § 710/21. Secretary of State to appoint subordinates

§ 21. Secretary of State to appoint subordinates. The Secretary of State shall appoint subordinate officers, clerks, investigators, and other employees necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act. All clerical, professional, and other agencies for the execution of the powers and duties vested in the Board shall be in the Secretary of State.
