§ 2J.2. Any person who sells or offers to sell or exposes for sale to consumers at retail any merchandise using an automatic price look-up system shall conspicuously display the price information in Arabic numerals in close proximity to any item which is not individually marked with the current selling price.
Any person who violates this Section commits an unlawful practice within the meaning of this Act.
