Illinois Statutes Chapter 815. Business Transactions § 5/2.30. Federal covered investment adviser

§ 2.30. Federal covered investment adviser. “Federal covered investment adviser” means a person who is registered under Section 203 of the Federal 1940 Investment Advisers Act.  1
