Illinois Statutes Chapter 815. Business Transactions § 5/2.15. Investment fund shares

§ 2.15. “Investment fund shares” means securities issued by persons known as “investment funds” or “investment companies” or “investment trusts” but such term shall not include securities issued by persons not within the intent of this Section as the Secretary of State may designate by rules and regulations or order.
