§ 22. No retail seller whose sales are regulated under this Act may advertise to the public on price tags, on signs, in public media, or in any other manner that indicates or implies that the finance charge, finance or interest rates he charges are in any way “recommended”, “approved”, or “set” by the State government or by this Act.
