Illinois Statutes Chapter 815. Business Transactions § 140/1c. Applications conforming to federal law in compliance with Act

§ 1c. Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 1a and 1b, credit card applications which conform to the requirements of the Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act,  1 amendments thereto, and any regulations issued or which may be issued thereunder shall be deemed to be in compliance with this Act.
