§ 11.40. Effective date of merger, consolidation or exchange. The merger, consolidation or exchange shall become effective upon filing of the articles of merger, consolidation or exchange by the Secretary of State or on a later specified date, not more than 30 days subsequent to the filing of the articles of merger, consolidation or exchange by the Secretary of State, as may be provided for in the plan.
