§ 20. Formation of limited worker cooperative association.
(a) A limited worker cooperative association must be organized by one or more organizers. Organizers need not be members of the worker cooperative association.
(b) To form a limited worker cooperative association, one or more organizers of the association shall deliver or cause to be delivered articles of organization to the Secretary of State for filing.
