§ 37-35. Article not exclusive. This Article does not preclude an entity from being converted or merged under other law. A bank or savings bank that converts to or merges with and into a limited liability company shall be subject to the provisions of this Article or to other applicable law to the extent that those provisions do not conflict with the State or federal law pursuant to which the conversion or merger of the bank or savings bank is authorized.
