§ 51. If the usages, customs, rules, regulations or canons of any religious organization require that any subordinate body of that organization obtain the permission of any hierarch, archbishop, bishop, administrator or other official or officials of the organization before incorporating, such permission may be set forth in the affidavit provided for in Section 36 or Section 46b of this Act, whichever may be applicable, as evidence of incorporation under this Act.
