Illinois Statutes Chapter 775. Human Rights § 5/7-110. Attorney General

§ 7-110. Attorney General. When authorized by this Act to take part in a judicial proceeding in any court in this state, the Department shall proceed only through the Attorney General of Illinois or with the Attorney General's approval.
