§ 6. A copy of this act shall be furnished by the Department of Employment Security and shall be prominently displayed by each war defense contractor in its employment office and room where applicants for employment or training are interviewed. This shall be done by such war defense contractor within thirty days after the effective date of this Act and any violation of this section shall be deemed a petty offense punishable by a fine in the sum of twenty-five dollars.
