§ 7. In all cases where suit is brought in the Circuit Court of any county in the State of Illinois for the purpose of foreclosing the lien herein provided, the court shall, upon entering judgment for the plaintiff, allow as a part of the costs in the suit all moneys paid, if any, for the foreclosure by advertisement and sale of the chattel under section 6 of this Act, together with the costs of filing and recording such lien and certified copies thereof.
