§ 6. The trust fund mentioned in Sections 4 and 5 of this act, shall be vested in the board of directors and trustees, and the securities taken therefor shall be approved by circuit court for the county wherein such cemetery or graveyard is located; and the board of directors or trustees shall, once in every 2 years, make an itemized report to the court of all such trust funds in their hands, and the securities taken therefor.
