Illinois Statutes Chapter 765. Property § 435/20. Application of Act

§ 20. Application of Act. This Act is declaratory of existing law and is intended to remove any possible conflicts or ambiguities, thereby confirming the existing law pertinent to land trusts and shall apply to all land trusts in effect before, on, or after the effective date of this Act.
