Illinois Statutes Chapter 765. Property § 330/5b. Construction

§ 5b. This amendatory Act of 1959, reducing from 50 to 40 years the period referred to in Section 4 and adding Section 5a shall not be held to revive any possibility of reverter or rights of entry or re-entry for breach of condition subsequent heretofore barred by this Act.
