Illinois Statutes Chapter 765. Property § 205/1.01. Area disconnected from park district; subdivision into plats

§ 1.01. No area of land or any part thereof which has been disconnected from any park district pursuant to Section 3-6b of “The Park District Code”,  1 shall be subdivided into lots and blocks within one year from the date of such disconnection. No plan of any such proposed subdivision shall be presented by any person for recording or registration within such one year period unless the land comprising such proposed subdivision has thereafter been incorporated into a city, village or incorporated town.
