Illinois Statutes Chapter 765. Property § 1075/45. Establishment of profits

§ 45. Establishment of profits. In establishing profits under paragraph (1) of subsection (a) of Section 40 of this Act:

(a) the plaintiff is required to prove the damages or gross revenue attributable to the unauthorized use; and

(b) the defendant is required to prove properly deductible expenses.
