§ 909. Delegation of investment and management functions. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Code, before delegating any investment functions to an agent in accordance with subsection (b) of Section 807, a trustee shall conduct an inquiry into the experience, performance history, professional licensing or registration, if any, and financial stability of the investment agent.
