§ 15.1. The Comptroller may, in accordance with Section 15, revoke only the particular license with respect to which grounds for revocation may occur or exist, or if he finds that such grounds for revocation are of general application to all offices or to more than one office operated by such licensee, he may revoke all of the licenses issued to such licensee or such number of licenses to which grounds apply, as the case may be.
Whenever a license is revoked by the Comptroller he shall apply to the Circuit Court of the county wherein such licensee is located for a receiver to administer the care funds of such licensee.
