Illinois Statutes Chapter 755. Estates § 5/4a-25. Attorney's fees and costs

§ 4a-25. Attorney's fees and costs. If the caregiver attempts and fails to overcome the presumption under Section 4a-15, the caregiver shall bear the costs of the proceedings, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees.
