§ 24-15. Stating an account. The court may state an account on behalf of a representative who dies or is adjudged to be a person under legal disability and on whose behalf an account is not presented to the court within 60 days after the death or adjudication or who fails or refuses to present an account as required by law. When entered of record the account is binding and conclusive against the representative and the surety on his bond.
