§ 213.3. Independent counsel; temporary substitute guardian. If the petitioner is a high-risk adult with disabilities for whom a guardian has been appointed, the court shall appoint independent counsel other than a guardian ad litem and, may appoint a temporary substitute guardian under the provisions of Article XIa of the Probate Act of 1975.  1 The court shall appoint a temporary substitute guardian if the guardian is named as a respondent in a petition under this Act.
