§ 70. Irrevocability. No action to invalidate a gestational surrogacy meeting the requirements of subsection (d) of Section 15 of this Act or to challenge the rights of parentage established pursuant to Section 15 of this Act and the Illinois Parentage Act of 2015 shall be commenced after 12 months from the date of birth of the child.
