§ 808. Modification of judgment. The court has continuing jurisdiction to modify an order for child support, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, or relocation included in a judgment entered under this Act. Any allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, or relocation judgment modification shall be in accordance with the relevant factors specified in the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. Any support judgment is subject to modification or termination only in accordance with Section 510 of the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act.
