§ 606. Summons. The summons that is served on a respondent shall include the return date on or by which the respondent must appear and shall contain the following information, in a prominent place and in conspicuous language, in addition to the information required to be provided under the laws of this State: “If you do not appear as instructed in this summons, you may be required to support the child named in this petition until the child is at least 18 years old. You may also have to pay the pregnancy and delivery costs of the mother.”.
