Illinois Statutes Chapter 75. Libraries § 35/4. Form of proposition

§ 4. The proposition shall be in substantially the following form: “For” or “Against” the proposition to issue the bonds of ․․․․․․ township to the amount of $․․․․ due (here insert the times of payment, giving the amount falling due in each year, if the bonds mature at different dates), which bonds are to bear interest at the rate of ․․․․% per annum, payable ․․․․ annually.
