Illinois Statutes Chapter 745. Civil Immunities § 22/10. Immunity

§ 10. Immunity. A federal law enforcement officer while acting as a peace officer under Section 2-13 of the Criminal Code of 2012  1 is not liable for his or her act or omission in the execution or enforcement of any law unless the act or omission constitutes wilful and wanton conduct.
