Illinois Statutes Chapter 740. Civil Liabilities § 80/18. Limitation of actions

§ 18. Actions under Sections 10 to 14, both inclusive, of this Act, shall be commenced within and not after the time limited by Section 13-220 of the Code of Civil Procedure, as amended.  1
