§ 12-166. Notice of sale of personalty. Before any goods or chattels are sold to satisfy a judgment, at least 10 days' previous notice of such sale shall be given by posting notices thereof in 3 of the most public places in the county where such sale is to be held, specifying the time when and place where the same are to be sold.
