§ 25-7-103.92. Quick-take; Lake County. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 2 years after July 30, 1999, by Lake County, for the acquisition of property necessary for the purpose of improving County Highway 70 (Hawley Street) from Chevy Chase Road to County Highway 26 (Gilmer Road).
