§ 25-7-103.84. Quick-take; City of Springfield. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 2 years after July 30, 1999, by the City of Springfield, for the acquisition of (i) the property located in the City of Springfield and bounded on the north by Mason Street, on the west by Fifth Street, on the south by Jefferson Street, and on the east by Sixth Street and (ii) the property located in the City of Springfield and bounded on the north by Madison Street, on the west by Sixth Street, on the south by Washington Street, and on the east by Seventh Street, for the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library.
