§ 25-7-103.82. Quick-take; County of Winnebago. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 30 months after July 30, 1999, by the County of Winnebago to allow for the acquisition of right-of-way for the construction of the Harrison Avenue Extension project from Montague Road to West State Street lying within Section 20, the east 1/2 of Section 29, and the northeast 1/4 of Section 32, Township 44W, Range 1 East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, in Winnebago County.
