§ 25-7-103.7. Quick-take; Quad Cities Regional Economic Development Authority purposes. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 3 years after December 30, 1987, by the Quad Cities Regional Economic Development Authority (except for the acquisition of land or interests therein that is farmland, or upon which is situated a farm dwelling and appurtenant structures, or upon which is situated a residence, or which is wholly within an area that is zoned for residential use) pursuant to the Quad Cities Regional Economic Development Authority Act.
