§ 25-7-103.63. Quick-take; City of Peru. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 24 months after July 30, 1998 by the City of Peru for removal of existing residential deed restrictions on the use of property, and the rights of other property owners in the subdivision to enforce those restrictions, as they apply to lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 in Urbanowski's Subdivision to the City of Peru, all of which are owned by the Illinois Valley Community Hospital and adjacent to the existing hospital building, for the limited purpose of allowing the Illinois Valley Community Hospital to expand its hospital facility, including expansion for needed emergency room and outpatient services; under this Section compensation shall be paid to those other property owners for the removal of their rights to enforce the residential deed restrictions on property owned by the Illinois Valley Community Hospital, but no real estate owned by those other property owners may be taken.
