§ 25-7-103.59. Quick-take; Village of Bolingbrook. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 3 years after July 30, 1998, by the Village of Bolingbrook for acquisition of property within a Regional Stormwater Detention Project Area, when the purpose of the condemnation proceeding is to acquire land for one or more of the following public purposes: drainage, stormwater management, open space, recreation, improvements for water service and related appurtenances, or wetland mitigation and banking; the project area is in Wheatland Township, Will County, bounded generally by Essington Road, 127th Street, and Kings Road and is more particularly described as follows: That part of Section 25 Township 37 N Range 9 E of the 3rd Principal Meridian all in Wheatland Township, Will County, except the Northeast Quarter; the North 1/2 of the Northwest Quarter; and the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter.
