§ 25-7-103.53. Quick-take; Village of Elmwood Park. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 3 years after July 1, 1997, by the Village of Elmwood Park to be used only for the acquisition of commercially zoned property within the area designated as the Tax Increment Redevelopment Project Area by ordinance passed and approved on December 15, 1986, as well as to be used only for the acquisition of commercially zoned property located at the northwest corner of North Avenue and Harlem Avenue and commercially zoned property located at the southwest corner of Harlem Avenue and Armitage Avenue for redevelopment purposes, as set forth in Division 74.3 of Article 11 of the Illinois Municipal Code.
