§ 25-7-103.44. Quick-take; Village of River Forest. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 5 years after June 21, 1996, by the Village of River Forest, Illinois, within the area designated as a tax increment financing district when the purpose of the condemnation proceeding is to acquire land for any of the purposes contained in the River Forest Tax Increment Financing Plan or authorized by the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act, provided that condemnation of any property zoned and used exclusively for residential purposes shall be prohibited.
