§ 25-7-103.23. Quick-take; Chanute Air Force Base. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 15 months after September 7, 1990, by the Department of Transportation or by any unit of local government under the terms of an intergovernmental cooperation agreement between the Department of Transportation and the unit of local government for the purpose of developing aviation facilities in and around Chanute Air Force Base in Champaign County, Illinois.
