§ 25-7-103.147. Quick-take; City of West Chicago. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 12 months after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 92nd General Assembly by the City of West Chicago for the acquisition of the following described property for the purpose of constructing a water treatment plant:

Lots 1 and 2 in Owen Larson's subdivision, of part of the northwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township 39 North, Range 9, East of the Third Principal Meridian, According to the Plat thereof Recorded November 10, 1992 as Document R92-217425, in DuPage County, Illinois. Permanent Parcel Numbers 04-05-200-036 and 04-05-200-037.
