§ 25-7-103.12. Quick-take; certain municipal purposes. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used after receiving the prior approval of the City Council, by a municipality having a population of more than 500,000 for the purposes set forth in Section 11-61-1a and Divisions 74.2 and 74.3 of Article 11 of the Illinois Municipal Code, and for the same purposes when established pursuant to home rule powers.
