§ 25-7-103.114. Quick-take; City of Ottawa. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 12 months after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 93rd General Assembly by the City of Ottawa for the acquisition of property for the purpose of immediate eradication of a blighted area resulting from the destruction of most improvements because of fire as follows:
All lots in Block 18 in the Original Town of Ottawa, now the City of Ottawa, in LaSalle County, Illinois.
