§ 25-5-45. Quick-take; South Suburban Airport. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used by the Department of Transportation for the purpose of development of the South Suburban Airport within the boundaries designated on the map filed with the Secretary of State on May 28, 2013 and known as file number 98-GA-D01.
