§ 20-5-50. Construction of Article. The right to take possession and title prior to the final judgment, as prescribed in this Article and Article 25 of this Act shall be in addition to any other right, power, or authority otherwise conferred by law and shall not be construed as abrogating, limiting, or modifying any other right, power, or authority.
