§ 10-5-115. Eligible costs. Any cost required to be paid by a condemning authority under this Act, including, but not limited to, relocation costs and attorney's fees, shall be deemed a redevelopment project cost or eligible cost under the statute pursuant to which the condemning authority exercised its power of eminent domain, even if those costs are not identified as such as of the effective date of this Act.
