Illinois Statutes Chapter 730. Corrections § 5/5-5-4.2. Statewide Sentence Equalization Procedures

§ 5-5-4.2. Statewide Sentence Equalization Procedures. The Supreme Court may by rule, not inconsistent with law, prescribe such practices and procedures as will promote a uniformity and parity of sentences within and among the various circuit courts and appellate court districts.
