§ 3-14-5. Mental Health treatment; stalking and aggravated stalking. For defendants found guilty of stalking or aggravated stalking and sentenced to the custody of the Department of Corrections, the court may order the Prisoner Review Board to consider requiring the defendant to undergo mental health treatment by a mental health professional or at a community mental health center, hospital, or facility of the Department of Human Services as a condition of parole or mandatory supervised release.
