Illinois Statutes Chapter 730. Corrections § 5/3-12-13. Sale of Property

§ 3-12-13. Sale of Property. Whenever a responsible officer of the Correctional Industries Division of the Department seeks to dispose of property pursuant to the State Property Control Act,  1 proceeds received by the Administrator under that Act from the sale of property under the control of the Division of Correctional Industries of the Department shall be deposited into the General Revenue Fund.
